- Support the after-school team with day-to-day activities that create positive experiences and outcomes for students.
- Complete required training to effectively support programming within school settings.
- Assist with data collection and tracking to meet program and funding requirements.
- Pitch in with general Center activities and operations as needed.
- Take on other responsibilities that support the mission and work of Westcott Community Center.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys meeting new people and building meaningful relationships.
- Takes initiative and can work independently while being a strong team player.
- Is organized, dependable, and able to manage their time and schedule effectively.
- Communicates well with a wide variety of people, both verbally and in writing.
- Has experience working with diverse populations and demonstrates cultural awareness and respect.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, internet-based programs, and data tracking systems.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with children, schools, families, community outreach, or nonprofit programs is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
- NYS Fingerprint Certificate.
- Ability to successfully pass required background checks through the NYS Education Department and SAAC requirements.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00am – 4:30pm with evening and weekend flexibility.
